You are required by law to provide for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) within 28 days of marketing your property. Hoopers will be able to arrange this on your behalf. If Hoopers do not arrange your EPC, you will need to provide purchase one and forward a copy to us. Please telephone our office for any information you require on EPC arrangements.
