Our fee for sole agency (when Hoopers are the only appointed agent) will generally be less than if you have several agents.

You are required by law to provide an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), and Hoopers can arrange this on your behalf. If Hoopers do not arrange your EPC you will need to provide one to comply with current Government Regulations. Please telephone our office for any information you require on EPC arrangements.
