Due to Coronavirus a new lockdown was instigated by the government last Thursday the 5th of November, however unlike the last lockdown Estate Agents are allowed to remain open and the government have said that viewings and valuations of properties can continue to take place subject to PPE being worn by the parties involved and social distancing measures being respected.
