All properties taken on for rental are firstly inspected and we will only take instructions on properties that are of a good standard in relation to decoration and furnishings.
Rents are paid in advance per calendar month with a security deposit being required equivalent to one month’s rent at the outset of the letting. Lettings are normally for a period of 6 months or one year initially. Administration charges for work carried out may be charged to tenants on an unsuccessful letting.
The areas covered from our Neasden offices are Neasden, Dollis Hill, Willesden, Cricklewood, Kensal Rise, Kensal Green and Kilburn.
